- Read your purpose out loud with enthusiasm.
- Visualize your day ahead, visualize the day going perfectly, a scene where you’ve achieved your purpose.
The flow state (or getting in the zone) π
The flow state (or getting in the zone): being fully engaged in what you’re doing makes yours work feel effortless (increase productivity)
The biggest key to getting in the state is working in chunks of uninterrupted time.
Picking one and only one thing to work on (zero interruptions and zero multitasking) (50min -> 2hours), cut off all possible distractions. Example: working on 90 minutes with 20 minute breaks.
Work on things that pay you the highest returns π
Make your goals for your weeks.
Make a daily to do list (the more things it is, that means the smaller things you are working on)
Pick the one thing that give you the highest return and do all those smaller things)
