TED - Six behaviors to increase your confidence

How would you behave or what could you do if you were 10 times more confident?

1. Count yourself in (3,2,1, do it):
Counting will get you started and momentum will keep you going.

2. what if you only have to be brave just for 20 seconds.

3. taking a seat at the table (literally).

4. cheer for other people's success.
(confident people celebrate the success of others rather than feeling threatened.

5. bolster your confidence for a new activity through your already great performance in another. (confidence is born in all we've already done and already achieved).
Use your prior success to propel yourself forward.

6. Celebrate constantly (find ways to celebrate your accomplishments, to remember what we achieved)

(Taking risks and going out of comfort zone is the key to self-confidence)
