1. You're never going to feel like changing. Stop waiting for a perfect time.
2. You are not fine
3. Waking up earlier is a representation of the physical force required to change
4. You have to do what you don't want to do, so you can be everything you're supposed to be
5. YOU HAVE TO FORCE YOURSELF TO BE UNCOMFORTABLE
If you have an impulse about something and you don't do something within 5 seconds (write a note, anything physical to marry it with the idea, you will kill the idea.
